Valeria Dediu is the Vice President of Growth Marketing & Ecommerce at Away, the award-winning brand shaping the future of travel. Dediu brings over a decade of experience in consumer ecommerce, growth marketing, and omnichannel strategy to her role, where she leads the development and execution of initiatives that drive profitable growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

Before joining Away, Dediu built her career at the intersection of strategy and consumer marketing, starting in strategy consulting before earning her MBA from Harvard Business School. Since then, she has held a range of leadership positions focused on scaling digital businesses and deepening customer engagement across both emerging and established brands. She currently lives in New York City with her family.
