The magic happens September 9–10, 2026 at the Hynes Convention Center, Boston, MA.
I plan to travel to Boston. When should I arrive and depart?
We recommend arriving on Tuesday, September 8 and heading out Thursday, September 10 in the late afternoon.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend smart casual and comfortable. Keep in mind there will be a variety of activities from product sessions to dinners to evening events, but you don't need anything too dressy.
Are there hotel blocks available for the event?
Yes. Klaviyo has reserved hotel room blocks at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. You'll be able to book your room during registration in the hotel section until Monday, August 17, 2026. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. After Monday, August 17 we recommend booking your room directly with the hotel.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room rate and tax.
Is there a mobile app for the event?
Yes, all registered attendees will receive a link prior to the event to download the K:BOS 2026 app.
Will there be Wi-Fi at the Hynes Convention Center?
Yes, K:BOS 2026 will have a dedicated Wi-Fi network for our attendees.
Will sessions be recorded or available on-demand after the event?
While select sessions will be live streamed and made available after the event, K:BOS is produced and optimized for an in-person experience.

Where and when can I pick up my badge?
You can pick up your badge at the Hynes Convention Center starting on Tuesday, September 8.
What are the expo hours?
Wednesday, September 9th: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 10th: 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Are meals included?
Breakfast and lunch on both Wednesday and Thursday are included in the cost of the conference.

Will there be lactation rooms available?
Yes, a mother's room will be available during scheduled event hours. Please note: no fridge or freezer is provided, and you must bring your own supplies. The room is first-come, first-served and may be shared with others.
What health and safety measures will be in place during K:BOS?
We're closely monitoring health trends and staying aligned with the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal, state, and local governments.
Will there be photographers/videographers at K:BOS?
Yes, photographers and videographers will be present at K:BOS to capture moments throughout the event. By attending, you consent to having your image or likeness captured and potentially used for promotional purposes. How do I get to the Hynes Convention Center from Boston Logan Airport?
The Hynes Convention Center is approximately 4 miles from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Options include:
Is there parking at the venue?
The Hynes Convention Center does not have its own parking garage, but several public garages are within walking distance, including the Prudential Center Garage and the Copley Place Garage. Do you provide visa invitation letters for international attendees?
Yes. If you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please email klaviyoevents@launchinc.com after completing your registration. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Are there charging stations or quiet rooms available?
Yes. Charging stations will be located throughout the venue and a designated quiet/focus room will be available during event hours.
Can I bring a guest or colleague to the Wednesday evening celebration?
The Wednesday evening celebration is included with conference registration and is for registered attendees only. If a colleague would like to join, they'll need to register for K:BOS.

Yes. In addition to the general event content, Klaviyo partners will have access to dedicated sessions tailored specifically for partners.
Can agency partners schedule 1:1 meetings with Klaviyo teams (e.g., CSMs, partner managers)?
Yes, absolutely. Members of the Klaviyo partner team will be onsite and available for 1:1 meetings, time permitting. We encourage you to book early via your Klaviyo partner manager to secure a slot.
Will agency partners be able to meet with Klaviyo technology partners at K:BOS?
Yes, several Klaviyo technology partners will be sponsoring K:BOS and have members of their teams onsite. Customers, prospective customers, and agency partners will have the opportunity to meet them and explore their integrations and solutions.

Can any Klaviyo partner attend?
Due to limited event capacity, partner registration and attendance is currently prioritized on an invitation-only basis and limited to Klaviyo agency partners (unless you are a sponsoring technology or ISV partner). If you would like to request to join the event, email partnermarketing@klaviyo.com.
