The cost of attendance is $599, which includes access to the 2-day conference. Early bird pricing is as follows:

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not accept payments via purchase order, wire, ACH, or check.

Registration Transfers
If your plans change and you're unable to attend K:BOS, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or another attendee at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the conference start date (9.25.25). Please email us at kbosreg@regsvc.com by 9.15.25 to transfer your registration.

Refund Policy
Registration fees are generally non-refundable to help us manage event planning and venue commitments. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations beyond your control.

You can pick up your badge at the Hynes center starting on Wednesday afternoon. Timing will be confirmed as we get closer to the event. The registration desk will open at 7:00am ET on Thursday, 9.25 and 8:00am ET on Friday.
